For five decades, Triveni, our Tri-state (New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania) Kannada Cultural Association in the United States has stood as a vibrant home away from home for Kannadigas across generations. What began as a small gathering of families united by language and shared roots has grown into a thriving community dedicated to preserving and promoting Karnataka’s rich cultural heritage. Over the past 50 years, the association has fostered lifelong friendships, supported new immigrants, and created meaningful spaces for cultural exchange. From Ugadi celebrations and Rajyotsava festivities to classical music, dance performances, literary events, and youth programs, the association has proudly showcased the beauty and diversity of Kannada language and traditions. Equally important has been its role in nurturing the next generation — ensuring that children born and raised in the U.S. remain connected to their linguistic and cultural heritage while embracing their global identities. As we celebrate this golden milestone, we honor the vision, dedication, and volunteer spirit of the founders and countless members who built this community. The journey of 50 years is not just a reflection of the past, but a promise for the future — to continue strengthening bonds, celebrating culture, and keeping the Kannada spirit alive for generations to come. ಸಮುದಾಯ, ಸಂಸಕ ೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪರ್ಕದ 50 ವರ್ಕದ ಸಂಭ್ರಮ ಐದು ದಶರ್ಗಳಂದ, ಅಮೇರಿಕಾದ ಟ್ರ ೈ-ಸ್ಟ ೇಟ್ (ನ್ಯೂ ಜರ್ಸಕ, ಡೆಲಾವೇರ್, ಪೆನ್ಸಿಲ್ವ ೇನ್ಸಯಾ) ಪರದೇಶದ ರ್ನ್ನ ಡ ಸಂಸಕ ೃತಿರ್ ಸಂಘವಾದ ತಿರವೇಣಿ ಪೇಳಗೆಗಳ ರ್ನ್ನ ಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ತಮಮ ಊರಿನ್ ಮನೆಯಂತೆಯೇ ಆತಿಮ ೇಯ ಆಶರಯವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳಗುತಿು ದ. ಭಾಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾನ್ೂ ಬೆೇರುಗಳ ಮೂಲರ್ ಒಂದಾಗಿದದ ಕ ೆಲವು ಕುಟಂಬಗಳ ಸಣ್ಣ ಸಮಾಗಮವಾಗಿ ಆರಂಭ್ವಾದ ಈ ಸಂಘಟನೆ, ಇಂದು ರ್ರ್ನಕಟರ್ದ ಸಮೃದಧ ಸಂಸಕ ೃತಿರ್ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನನ ಉಳರ್ಸ ಬೆಳೆಸಲು ಸಮಪಕತವಾದ ಚೈತನ್ೂಮಯ ಸಮುದಾಯವಾಗಿ ರೂಪಂತರಗಂಡಿದ. ಈ ಐವತ್ತು ವರ್ಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘವು ಅನೆೇರ್ರಿಗೆ ಸ ್ನ ೇಹಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನನ ರ್ಟ್ಟಟಕೊಟ್ಟಟದುದ , ಹೊಸ ವಲರ್ಸಗರಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನ್ಸೇಡಿದುದ , ಸಂಸಕ ೃತಿರ್ ವ ಿನ್ಸಮಯಕೆಕ ಅರ್ಕಪೂಣ್ಕ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಟ ರ್ಸದ. ಯುಗಾದಿ, ರ್ನ್ನಡ ರ ಾಜ್ೂ ೇತಿವದಂತಹ ಹಬಬ ಗಳ ಆಚರಣೆಗಳಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಶಾರ್ಸು ರೇಯ ಸಂಗಿೇತ, ನೃತೂ ಪರದಶಕನ್ಗಳು, ಸಹಿತೂ ಕಾಯಕರ್ರಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಯುವಜನ್ರ ಚಟವಟ್ಟಕೆಗಳವರೆಗೆ, ರ್ನ್ನಡ ಭ ಾಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ವೈಭ್ವವನ್ನನ ಹೆಮಮಯಂದ ಪರದರ್ಶಕರ್ಸದ. ಇದರಂದಿಗೆ, ಮುಂದಿನ್ ಪೇಳಗೆಯನ್ನನ ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ಕಾಯಕದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಂಘವು ಮಹತವ ದ ಪತರವಹಿರ್ಸದ — ಅಮೇರಿಕಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನ್ಸರ್ಸ ಬೆಳೆದ ಮರ್ಕಳಗೆ ತಮಮ ಭಾಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸಕ ೃತಿಯ ಬೆೇರುಗಳನ್ನನ ಅರಿತ್ತಕೊಳುುವ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನನ ನ್ಸೇಡುತ್ತು , ಜಾಗತಿರ್ ರ್ನಗರಿರ್ರಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆವಂತೆ ಪೆರ ೇರೆೇಪರ್ಸದ. ಈ ಸ ುವಣ್ಕ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ಸಂದಭ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ , ಈ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನನ ನ್ಸರ್ಮಕಸಲು ತಮಮ ದೃಷ್ಟಟ , ಸಮಪಕಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ೇವಾಭಾವವನ್ನನ ನ್ಸೇಡಿದ ಸಾಪರ್ರನ್ಯನ , ಅನೆೇರ್ ಸದಸೂ ರನ್ಯನ ರ್ನವು ಗ ೌರವಿಸುತೆು ೇವ. ಈ ಐವತ್ತು ವರ್ಕದ ಪಯಣ್ವು ಕೆೇವಲ ರ್ಳೆದ ದಿನ್ಗಳ ನೆನ್ಪು ಮಾತರವಲಿ ; ಅದು ಮುಂದಿನ್ ಪೇಳಗೆಗಳಗೂ ರ್ನ್ನಡದ ಆತಮವನ್ನನ ಜೇವಂತವಾಗಿಟಟಕೊಳುುವ ಭ ್ರವಸ್ಯಾಗಿದ.
